Currently I have found 123 NZ blogs with publicly accessible sitemeter stats. This is about 20% of the total on my database.
The blogs are listed in the table below, together with daily visits and page view numbers averaged over the previous 7 days. The data was that given by by the NZ blog ranking tool on October 23rd.
This can be seen at NZ blogs average daily visits
Have a look at that tool. Its a way of comparing your own blog’s performance from day to day - a roller coaster ride which can be quite exciting!
Just be aware that it relies on spreadsheets at Googles Docs and data is not always available. If the data is missing or incomplete, wait a while and reload the page. it will eventually show up.
Meanwhile I am still keen to hear of any other blogs with publicly available sitemeter stats that I have missed. Contact me if you know of any.

Ken
There’s something wrong here, the traffic to billbennett.co.nz has fallen in recent weeks, but it’s still averaging around 100 page views a day.

Bill, what are you saying? Is the traffic you refer to your own stats or the sitemeter stats?
Are you saying that I have not got the correct link for your sitemeter stats page?
I am not at my computer at the moment so I can’t immediately see the problem.

It’s the Sitemeter stats. I’ve got my report here and its shows virtually no traffic to the site – even though the local server logs and Google Analytics show between 100 and 150 page views per day.

OK. Found the problem. The sitemeter code was removed by accident. Fixed now.

Glad that is fixed and that it wasn’t a mistake in my spreadsheets. The figures should correct themseles in a week.

Why do I always get lots of porn spam (usually Russian sources) on my blog posts about NZ blog rankings?
Does rank, ranking or similar have a meaning I am unaware ofr?
Bill Bennett // October 26, 2009 at 12:51 pm
My experience says spam is more likely to turn up when there are a large number of links on a single page. But don’t see why it should be the case unless the links give the page a higher profile in Google or elsewhere.

That could be it – there is certainly a lot of links.
